Terms of service.
These terms govern access to TrussPath Pro. If your organization has a signed agreement with TrussPath, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Your organization is responsible for its users and submitted content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the stated billing period until canceled. Trial and checkout terms shown at purchase apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
Customer data and product rights
Customers retain rights in content they submit and grant TrussPath the limited rights needed to host, process, protect, and provide the service. TrussPath retains all rights in the product, software, and documentation.
Availability and liability
The service may change and may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrussPath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Specific negotiated commitments, including service levels, apply only when incorporated into an order or signed agreement.
